Your district or team admin has already invited you. This guide walks through exactly what happens after you click Accept — whichever email you use.
Invites come from mintbotics <invitations@mintbotics.co>. Search for "mintbotics" if you don't see it in your inbox.
If yours has lapsed, ask your coach, treasurer, or district admin to send a fresh one.
Sign in with the same address the invitation was sent to — not a different personal or work email.
No paperwork, no approval wait. You're on your dashboard as soon as you finish signing in.
Find the email and click Accept invitation. If the button doesn't work, use the "click here" text link underneath it instead.
You are invited to join mintbotics.
This invitation will expire in 30 days.
If you're having trouble with the above button, click here.
Every mintbotics invite — for coaches, treasurers, and (soon) parents and mentors — looks like this, regardless of whether your inbox is Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or something else.
mintbotics uses secure sign-in powered by Clerk. What you see next depends on your email — pick the tab that matches yours.
This screen confirms your role (Coach or Treasurer), your team, and who invited you — usually your team's District Super Admin or Program Director. Just click Continue with Google.
Pick your school or district Google account (or a personal Gmail), confirm, and you're done — Google Workspace sign-in doesn't show an additional consent screen.
If your school or district uses Office 365, you'll see a Continue with Microsoft button instead of Google. Everything else about this screen works the same way.
mintbotics is a newer app, so Microsoft flags it as unverified — that's normal and safe. Click Accept to continue.
If your email isn't tied to a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 organization, Clerk asks you to set a password instead. You can still tap Google or Microsoft above if you'd rather link one of those accounts.
However you signed in, you land in the same place, with your role shown top-right.
Your dashboard gives Coaches and Treasurers everything needed to manage team finances from day one.
Review and action reimbursement requests submitted by your team.
Browse all reimbursement submissions across your team.
See your team roster, member details, and program info.
Same sign-in steps as above. Coaches typically manage the Inbox and roster, approving requests before they move to the treasurer or admin.
Identical sign-in flow — just look for the "Treasurer" badge next to your name instead of "Coach." Treasurers typically focus on Team Requests and payment tracking.
Check spam, junk, and promotions folders first. Search your inbox for "mintbotics" or "invitations@mintbotics.co." Still nothing? Confirm with your coach, treasurer, or district admin which exact email address they used to invite you.
Invitations expire 30 days after they're sent. Ask whoever invited you — usually your team's District Super Admin or Program Director — to send a new one from mintbotics.
That's expected — mintbotics is a newer app, so Microsoft shows this notice for any app that hasn't gone through its publisher verification process. It's safe to click Accept and continue.
Use the "Already have an account? Sign in" link on the invite screen, or go straight to app.mintbotics.co/sign-in and log in with whichever method you used originally.
If your school or district gives you a Google or Microsoft account, use that — it's fastest and most secure, with nothing extra to remember. Otherwise, a personal email with a password works just as well.
No difference in the sign-in steps above — just watch for "Treasurer" instead of "Coach" on the invite screen and next to your name on the dashboard once you're in.
We're building out the mintbotics Help Center for every role on your team.
Find the invitation from mintbotics and click Accept — or ask your team admin to resend it if you can't locate it.
